Forme d’Acqua protagonist at BESPACE DAY
Forme d’Acqua Venice Fountains conquers Switzerland, at the special event BESPACE DAY, with its made in Italy and tailor-made fountains displayed in the headquarters of BESPACE, the brain-matching place dedicated to the excellence of the world of construction and design.
Thursday 17 September 2020 in Lugano (Switzerland) Forme d’Acqua participated as a partner company in BeSpace Day: the special networking event, held at the BeSpace headquarters, where companies and professionals from the construction world have spaces dedicated to display of their products and create synergies, for a new way of doing business and offering smarter, more innovative and faster services.
For Forme d’Acqua this is a new conquered goal, a new Swiss headquarters in which to propose and show their projects to companies and individuals across the Alps who want unique, sustainable and long-lasting fountains. BeSpace is the new cradle of the most innovative excellences, a brain-matching place and a functional showroom for companies and professional partners who believe in the potential of this shared space to work, collaborate and network. Gianluca Orazio, CEO of Forme d’Acqua, tells us: “Switzerland once again confirms itself as an active market, both from the point of view of support for technical and technological design and from that of custom made production. Exhibited in this multifunctional space, Aegea and Colonna, the two tailor-made fountains created by Forme d’Acqua, put the Cavallino Treporti – Venice company in the spotlight of BeSpace Day, thanks to their design and planning, which contain the best of Italian craftsmanship and the most advanced technology.
Aegea belongs to the Le Sirene line of indoor fountains, which combines water with the bewitching power of sound and the charm of fine materials, worked by skilled craftsmen. The water overflows from above and slides lightly on the Amazonite, a refined marble with green shades. It is embraced by a gray steel body, which harmoniously inserts this exceptional piece of furniture in any context, with elegance and refinement.
Colonna is the latest addition to the Solidi d’Acqua line. A column illuminated by LEDs, in which water overflows from the top of a parallelepiped in marine steel painted in an intense blue color and descends precisely into the collection basin at its base, making it perfect for decorating both indoor and outdoor.
Two fountains different from each other, but with many points in common: created with selected and durable materials, designed for sustainable management of water resources, designed to instill beauty in the context and well-being for people. Both are born from the ingenuity and sensitivity of the architect Simona M. Favrin – Favrin Design, a great expert in artistic glass and precious materials, who has been collaborating with Forme d’Acqua for years.

She is passionate and expert in artistic glass, with in-depth knowledge of the subject, methods and techniques of glass production. You have collaborated with the Abate Zanetti School of Glass, with the Consorzio Promovetro Murano and with important Murano Masters, both in the field of glass design and the design of promotional and exhibition spaces. You have followed numerous projects, curated and set up many exhibitions dedicated to artistic glass. With her Forme d’Acqua she approaches the material “water”, designing outdoor and indoor spaces, applying design to greenery and water and creating fountains and installations in which she experiences the combination of water and glass.
