After Berlin we are ready to leave for Milan!
Forme d’Acqua has been selected to participate at Architect@Work. The company from Venice, specialized in the plannig and implementation of fountain and outdoor spaces, will be present at the event on the 14th and 15th of November.
Architect @ Work is the most important event in Europe dedicated to design and architecture of indoor and outdoor spaces, intended for designers, architects, designers, engineers and various professionals. An event dedicated to the best of international production, and to training with workshops and seminars dedicated to specific topics.
It is an international event since it takes place, in different periods, in various European and non-European countries. Each edition has its own jury, that selects and approves in advance the projects according to criteria of innovation and quality.
The theme of this edition is the relationship between Light and Architecture, two elements that Forme d’Acqua knows well and values in its projects.
In Milan, Forme d’Acqua will present Luxury, a fountain introduced during the last edition of The Venice Glass Week.
Luxury is an elegant fountain, with essential lines, which finds its main characteristic in the precious presence of Murano glass. In Luxury, water slides along thin steel hollow canes, covering the Murano glass crystal with bubbles spheres hand made by Barbara Proverbio, glass designer and creator of unique jewels. This new version of Luxury is enriched by the pastel pink Murano Glass beads realized by the glass artist Alessia Fuga. The elegance of Luxury is found in the purity of its materials and in their relationship with light: the movement of water, illuminated by the LED plant of the fountain, is reflected on steel and Murano glass creating a play of light and really unique reflections.
Luxury is the conceived by Simona M. Favrin, architect and designer who has collaborated with Forme d’Acqua for years in many projects involving water and precious materials.
