Gianluca Orazio, founder of Forme d’Acqua, starts his professional path as an artisan, taking care of green areas and decorative gardens, with the realization of small water spaces.
In 2005 he is involved in a experimental project that combines decorative gardens, water and glass; in that occasion he meets architect and designer Simona M. Favrin, one of the project creators.
Experimentation and desire for innovation are the connection elements between them, joined by a common language.
Thus a collaboration which was radically going to change the company, began, bringing it closer to planning, design and experimentation.
Taking care of green areas comes closer to Landscape Design, and small water spaces are replaced by the planning and realization of fountains and water games.
Simona’s passion for artistic glass combines with Gianluca’s passion for water. The results are surprising and innovative: the first artistic fountains are created. There the combination of water and glass is declined in design proposals and unique and original creations.
The brand Forme d’Acqua was founded, to better express this new concept of “shaping water”.
Since the beginning innovation is one of the key element of the brand.
In 2011, with a longing for experimentation, they gave life to an ambitious work: “The Lagoon Monster”, an emotional fountain with a technological heart, where art design and technology meet.
